Dear All I have successfully used the PDF viewer in Joomla. However is there a way to ensure that when the PDF file is displayed the only zoom bar is displayed and all the other tools are suppressed. See attached file. mfg

Hello, We havent tested this .. but the blog here says that passying URL variables you can do something like that Blog : blogs.adobe.com/pdfdevjunkie/2007/08/usi...embed_tag_to_di.html here is an example <embed src="FullScreenEmbed.pdf#toolbar=0&navpanes=0&scrollbar=0" width="500" height="375">

Thanks! Using the info above, I searched on the available parameters for PDF viewing

This Link led me to use these parameters to embed PDF without headers, menus, bookmarks, etc:

{pdf=images/stories/syllabus-us.pdf#toolbar=1&navpanes=0&|700|300}

This worked right from inside an article.

I also found

extensions.joomla.org/extensions/edition...code-in-modules/4971

which would allow you to embed it in a module position.
